FREQUENT QUESTIONS

1. What do I do if my piece arrives damaged, broken or hit?

We would be very sorry if this happened, however it can happen. In this case it is important to send us an email to italymarketmiami@gmail.com sending us:

1. your name
2. your invoice number
3. photo of the piece

We will send you a shipping label to receive it and send you a new one.

2. What do I do if I damage, break or hit my piece?

Simple, send us:

1. your name
2. invoice number
3. photo of the piece and we will send you an estimate of the cost of the repair. If you accept it, you send the piece to our office and when it is ready we will send it to you again.

3. Who pays for the shipping costs if I need to repair my part?

In that case, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
